MAF gone, cranking issues now

I removed my maf and put in a 97 IAT sensor and it has been working fine that is the only change before the issues. Now now I have a hard time getting the car started it fires and starts right away but then rpm’s die and the car can not stay running. I don’t know if I should adjust the cranking ve, it seems to be running rich at the start 12.0 and if I give it gas it still dies. I added to the cranking ve and it seemed to help but did not really change the AFR too much, but got me started and once the car warms up the cranking issue goes away. Any one have any ideas, again to cap only adjustments are 2 bar, no maf and wired in IAT sensor, and changes to MAF and some RTT tuning.

If it starts and then stalls it's the Afterstart fueling or Open Loop EQ Ratio table being too lean.
