Rear o2's are basically a sanity check to ensure your catalytic converter(s) are there & working efficiently for emissions purposes.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

So they dont make any changes like sensor 1?
Correct. They should be called Cat Monitoring Sensors as it would be more accurate.

They are there to cause a SES light if you remove the CAT.
I just installed long tube headers and high flow cats and wanted to check the 02s and ensure they are working correctly. I know for the fronts, I'm looking for switching after heat up-what do I look for correct operation for the rears?
They act the same way. The voltages should be slightly different from the fronts.
Hey i just removed the cats and turned-off the DTC's for the Cats but i came up with this section ( I know i have to disable the Catalys Test to because i dont have any cats) but whats the Post O2 Test...? do i have to disbale it too or what is it for...
Its for the pcm test of the post o2 sensor, it'll run the afr to around 16:1 or down to 13:1 for this test.

same question, does it need to disabled?
you're not going to get an answer because it's illegal to delete your cats on a street machine. Perhaps you could experiment? Off road, of course.
