EIO inputs, raw voltage reads 1.3 volts?

Trying to get my wideband working and I noticed with nothing conected to the aux. inputs they display voltage? I thought they should be 0 with nothing hooked up. I just added a raw voltage pid in the scanner to eio inputs 1-4, two of them were displaying about 1.295 volts and the other two were about 1.328 volts. When I had the lc-1 output 2.95 volts so I could check the offset in the scaner, I had to subtract 1.77volts to make it read 2.95. and then in the wideband pid it was volts/.625 + 7.168 to display 14.7 afr.? I had the range at 10-18 afr. Can anyone help explain this?

The inputs float and are not referenced to ground or 5V. The stuff you are seeing is the internal bias on the buffer IC and does not cause offsets.
