    Stuck in OL

I am apparantly stuck in OL,

With my WB still hooked up, I re-enabled the STFT, O2's and all in that column, leaving LTFT turned off and wanted to check STFT.

They scan 0.00 until I manually turn on CL in the scanner, then they read out numbers that look right, but as soon as I close the tool area where you turn CL on, they go back to 0.00 and aparantly back in to OL.

Dont know where I have it turned off

    I would appreciate any help

you may have a bad oxygen sensor causing the car to run open loop, check your codes

Did not see any codes, still have the WB Bosch sensor in one of the LT collectors and the stock NB in the other and the mv of one is around 850 and the other is around 450, is this the cause of being stuck in OL?

I have the same problem except when I force it to go closed loop it will not.

I’ve looked at the reading for bank 1 & 2 O2 sensors and they were 830 +/- and 450 +/- and according to the thread bank 1 was causing the open loop so, I replaced O2 sensor in bank one and I get this reading 590 +/- and am still in open loop .

I compared my bin to stock to see if am missing something and they were the same. I even used the default scanner cfg + clearing the last car and still no luck.

    BTW I have no codes.

    Any help.

Thanx man I found the problem. I’ve scanned the car by TECH 2 and it gave O2 sensors codes in both bank 1 and 2 I have to change them both.

(But for now am gonna leave it in open loop, I already tune it with a wideband ).
