I have tuned a 2006 V8 Mustang 2 months back.

The car started (TWO WEEKS AFTER THE CALIBRATION JOB) a "glitch" after 160km (end of 3. gear and beginning of 4. gear) which sounds like fuel-cut or spark cut. Although this problem is happening, the rpm is still increasing.

I have tried 10s of different changes but the car is still doing the same. Finally, I make some irrelevant changes on the STANDARD FILE such as changing ONLY the SPEED LIMITER or IDLE RPM. Te problem is still ON.

When I put the standard file, problem goes away. If I chance only one parameter which is irrelevant (ie: shift speed only at 1. gear, idle rpm, etc), the problem mentioned above starts again.

I do not believe that this problem is due to calibrarion. I think the OS and new calibration file does not like each other.

The same calibration with no difference already works on more than 10 Mustang with no problem.

Murat
