Gas Mileage...05 Silv. 5.3

Anyone have a pretty conservative tune for nothing but gas mileage for an 05 Silverado with a 5.3?

What I've been doing is upping and lower the spark till I reach the minimum MAP with no knock. Plus, get rid of your throttle delay torque management...you will use less throttle to get the truck moving...that helps with mpg as well.
