    Help with LC1 and EIO

So I have an LC1 wideband with the generic display gauge and would like to run both the gauge and log EIO into HPTuners at the same time.
According the wiring diagrams ive seen, the analog 1 is a narrowband, and the analog 2 is a wideband. How do I get two wideband readings, one into the gauge, one into HPTuners at the same time? Some people have suggested you run the analog 1 into the gauge, but why run a narrowband reading into a wideband gauge? Also the analog 1 output of the LC1 cant be programmed to be a wideband like the analog 2, tried that. Splitting off of the analog 2 doesn't work either, presumably impedance/resistance issues.

ive read the following threads after searching and I am still missing something.

Would I be better off getting another jack/plug, and wiring EIO in that way, and leaving the already open wires plugged into the gauge?
This setup comes with two jacks, and then one set of leads that are already wide open.

This is the way the controller is set from the factory Analog Output 1 is set to use a range between 0-1volts approximately so it acts like a narrow band in the output range. Analog Output 2 is set to output a range of 0-5volts (7.35 AFR at 0 volts and 22.39 at 5volts). If your gauge has a fixed range for input voltage program the unit to work within that range on the analog Output 1. Then depending whether you are loging the AFR through the AC, EGR or Rear 02 you can use the appropriate output Voltage level for Analog Output 2. You will need to use the LM programmer in the Logworks suit to change these settings using the serial cable.
