Newbie need some help bad

I just got my hp tuners kit and ive been trying to work this out but cant get anywhere. I was wondering if anyone can help me. here are the list of my mods
k&n cold air intake
2.5 pulley
60 lbs. siemens injectors
ported supercharger
3" vibrant catback
cobalt addiction stanless steel headers
cobalt addiction heat exchanger
cobalt addiction dual pass intercooler plate kit
2 step colder iridium spark plugs

I got the most of the parts from cobalt addicition they tunned it for the stage 6 kit. It ran ok but not great. then i ported my suppercharger and my car barly starts. so if anyone can help help me please. or if anyone has and suggestions or someting would help thanks

What are you goals exactly? Are you trying to get it to start easier? Or run better? Or both?

Since you mentioned your supercharger has been ported, that makes me think you need more fuel on cranking VE. Increasing the VE values will add more fuel. Try multiplying the cranking VE by 1.1 and see what that does. But I'm still relatively new at this so maybe someone else may chime in. Thats were I would start though.

I'd also get a wideband installed if you don't already have one..
