    Latest F.A.S.T. info

    Here's what I have that was confirmed by Z06Hater back in January. I spent some time with Fuel Air Spark Technologies today to make sure things were correct since there were still questions. Thanks for your time Ron and Hadley!

    I verified the readings are the same today and they can be added to the custom PID's now. What do you think support?

    Your max voltage is 4.096 and your sweep is from 9.6 - 21.0 with that being said the correct offset would be .359
    4.096/ 11.4 = .359
    .359(11.4) = 4.096 and so on and so forth.

    I've added all 3 modes below so the F.A.S.T. unit can be versatilely used.

    High Res Mode
    Volts = .3597 + =9.6

    Alcohol Mode
    volts = .8196 + =4.096

    Simple Mode
    Volts = .1 + =0

    All 3 modes can be used in single, dual or averaged modes.

    Good Luck and enjoy your F.A.S.T AFR wideband!

    BTW, I can get the AFR reading to match on the F.A.S.T. unit and in the I/O input 1 table (primary) in the scanner but it wont come up on the chart display. I set up the PID under user defined but need to know how to set it up in the chart. Can someone please help me out so I can compare all chart readings without having to watch the primary tables?

    Just use the Air Fuel Ratio sensor in the chart & histogram display.

    I finally figured it out and was able to do some logging. Thanks for the advice Russ. I still need to work on charts and histograms though. I'm showing the WB histogram isn't supported by the parameters I set up. Not sure what I did wrong. Also the primary table differs from the chart when I hit load defaults. I guess if I load the defaults I need to change the chart right? Russ, here's some logs if you can give me a little advice. The logs are with the MAF disabled. When I have a little time I need to see if the logs will help my tune at all. If not I'll try again tomorrow. Histograms and charts are new for me to play with but I'll figure them out.

    Hey Lance,
    I'm back again and believe it or not...my car has been down for 1.5 years due to motor issues!!!

    I spent soooo much time trying to get this right back in 2007, I hope someone can actually help me out this time, lol.
    I do get the car back this week and I would like for you to help me with the setup for logging, if possible.
    I appreciate your help and hope my old post helped you however possible.
    Thanks and talk soon,
    Justin

    Could somebody help me out with this? I think I've done it all right, but the wideband is reading way leaner in my scanner than it does on the fast unit.
