    07 Roush Cars

Has anyone tried to open a Roush tune?? I have a customer with 2 07 GT's and he wants me to put a more aggressive tune for the track and race fuel. I wanted to know if anyone has tried to tune these?????

    Thanks Mike

Very easy to tune, and the Roush file isn't anything special. There's lots of improvements to be had in a lot of areas of the calibration. I don't have any HPT versions of the file to share, however.

I tried to read and modify several Roush cars and while the read and save happened. I got checksum errors and such.
I could not open any of them with HPT.

you'll probably need the newest beta version to read it out. Many of the ford tuning software packages available rather than calcuating the checksums they simply delete them which is not what the manufacturer intended. With the latest beta it will allow you to use the file but will give you a warning about the corrupt data before you do so.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
