Thread: How to setup my OlFA?

    How to setup my OlFA?

I am running OL MAF and i think my tune is fairly on.

I realized my OL f/a is still 1's across the board (commands 14.7 everywhere when not in p/e) according to a guide i read. I am thinking this might be a reason for bad gas mileage. Should i revert it to stock settings? Leave it all 1's? or do something else?

    cammed, full bolton ls1 btw.

set it up so that you run 14.7 from cold start.

Ok so I understand you set it to 14.7, but what I'm getting lost with is for eg. if I had a turbocharged car 14.7 would be too lean, so what would you do in this case? I have searched all of the forums with no luck, I am new to hp tuners but have been tuning many after market ecu's for quite some time.

if you have a turbo, 14.7 is not too lean in normal driving cells. You want to adjust the table in the normal map areas, for me I do under 85 kPa. This means you may have some cells at 1.20 or 1.07 from 15-75 kPa (all the same in a temp column). After that I throw in some extra enrichment for various reasons.
