No application key / can't log in to retrieve

I am attempting to register my HP dongle, and the serial number (1030623860) on it is coming up as invalid when I try to log in on the site to retrieve my application key. I am in a slight bind and need the key asap.

Thanks for the help Keith. Now I have another question...I wanted to register all Gen III GM cars (30 credits), and it is only giving me the options for all LS1 cars (70 credits), single vehicle, or model year. Are you not offering the 30 credit LS1 car like you have listed on the order page?

you need to upgrade to at least 2.1.16 which is right on your customer login page.
