    2019 c7 grand sport wont read ccm

    hey everyone. I have a customer that installed some long tubes headers and xpipe and is getting some afm codes. the customer also wants me to tune the exhaust valves to because its not loud enough for him. I cant seem to get the ccm to read. when i do read it comes up saying hp tuners failed to send file and to try again in 15 min, Has anyone experience this? and what was the fix?

    Dumb question but starting simple....you have the extra credits correct? I think it's an additional 3 over and above the 4 needed for the PCM. Assuming you have the credits, have you tried another version of the Editor...ie try the Beta if you're using the released version or vice versa. Last thing I can think of would be to uninstall the Editor and then reinstall it.
