6.4 powestroke tune translation vs new tune

Long story short. Have tunes from Patriot Diag. for the 6.4. Had an issue that caused me to have to return truck to stock file in order for dealer to work on it. My issue is that the nDash touchscreen feature is toast. So I am no longer able to use it to flash tune. A friend is happy with hp tuners being a laptop vs a screen. So here I am. I?m not sure how to use the tune translation feature as I keep getting failed messages. I would prefer to use the tunes I already have as I am happy with them. However if I really had to I would consider other avenues. Thanks
