    Cammed Ve Ss Manual L98

    Hi i have a Cammed Ve ss Manual That ive had tuned at 4 different places but still have problems with idle and surging and bucking on light rpm and cruise situations if someone may be able to help me out id really appreciate it il post tune funes below from 1st to current tune as arrived tuned haus of ls.hpt 2007 Cammed Ve Ss Manual DvsTuning.hpt cammed-ve-ss-manual-troy_DCTUNING_v7.hpt cammed-ve-ss-manual-troy-oztrack-v1.newidle2.hpt cammed-ve-ss-manual-troy-oztrack.lumpyidle1smoothdisabledspecialspark.hpt

    Goodness me, it's been around. Seems a bit shit to have to get some random on the net to sort out something all 4 of those well known Aussie tune shops should be able to sort out. I hope you've all linked them into this post and shamed them on their facebook pages.

    What would be a great help is your stock tune and a log of your issues. Also your cam card too please. Otherwise it's a bit pie in the sky as to what to do. Generally, spark, vve and an idle scalar trick works on these ones.

    Knowing of all those tune houses, if you can get them to agree to pay me a $1,000 each as a training fee (or a fine depending on how you want to present it to them), I'll fix it for you and send them the tune.

    What size cam??

    Looks pretty crappy in a few idle areas.....I nice idle log would also be nice

    Unsure of the cam size but I've had nothing but problem tbh the latest tuner oztrack told me to bring it 2 hour drive to them and said thru would fix the tune but yes they got extra power but it drives like shit and then sent home to do data logs to send to him 5 updates later and then just get worse il post a log file soon I just want it be able to drive it and not worry

    The engine was built then tuned at haus of ls before I brought it have receipt but doesn't say cam specs

    Call them and get the cam specs.

    I'm no where near Hjtrbo in the knowledge stacks but I have been tuning my VF for the past 12mths and can tell you that your idle settings are not the greatest....in fact it looks like the tuners have spent minimal time on tuning idle.

    I have an older tune for my previous cam (224/230 .608" lift on both 114 lsa) which may help get yours dialed in.

    Need some more info on the car tho....headers, exhaust, otr etc

    Yeah mate I've tried to contact about the cam spec but they never get back to me, the car has rebuilt engine with hypertec pistons , saved heads , upgraded springs and ls7 lifters, cam unsure size, stainless steel headers and 3 inch stainless steel exhaust ,otr, npc clutch

    You got the stock tune? Need to start over from scratch with just the bare minimum copied over to suit your mods, mafless, injectors etc... You still got 4 O2 sensors on this thing? That changelog is the longest I've seen.

    Btw, I can understand why LTFT are turned off but why are STFT also turned off??

    The VVE actually doesn't look bad. Numerically or the overall shape.

    The idle timing is too low and the over/under tables are very aggressive. +/- 10 degrees by 50 rpm error. If the main complaint is poor idle quality addressing both of these would be a quick fix.

    And WTF is up with the BRAF table??? This went through how many "pro" shops????

    Most of your issues could be fixed by simple adjustments that make sense.

    Hey mate thanks for having a look my main complaints are poor idle and surging and bucking on low rpm and cruising its annoying been to 3 different shops and still have nothing but problems

    Hey mate na don't have stock tune, and still have 4 o2 sensors but been disabled I've had nothing but problems I'm over it

    What are you looking to do with it, have a go at tuning it yourself or you after a couple tunes to throw at it?

    I'm just wanting to get these problems sorted out so I can enjoy to be able to drive it instead of spending money on it and having problems if anyone can help me finally get this tune sorted il happily pay for your time and help 🙂

    Which file is current? That's a lot to go though.

    Do you have a log of it surging/bucking?
