Need help with stumble and tune for sure.

Hi all, I have a hybrid Gen3-4 car that Im having monster troubles getting to run properly. I am by no means a tuner and I am pretty stupid actually, as I bought this car is a great example. So my knowledge of Hp and tuning is rudimentary, so be gentle.
Stumbles at around 2-3k rpms and looks lean? I have a AEM wideband installed, but it keeps failing. Got yet another on order.

When you fix the fuel pressure problem I'll get the tune setup for you. Pointless otherwise. Are you looking for a second opinion on it? You won't find it. Need 58psi pressure not 70psi.
