    Desired Throttle Position

I recently replaced my original PCM due to a power loss during the write sequence. Ordered a new one from Flag Ship 1 that was VIN matched and began tuning my Tow/RV cam from summit. While driving around and data logging I struggle to get the truck to accelerate. When comparing my new files to the original one I see there is a difference in the "Desired Throttle Position". I assume the new unit isn't opening the throttle as much as I like, but i see a disclaimer about editing at the risk of throwing off the TAC calibration.

Is this the cause of my problem?
    What does this parameter affect?
Am I safe to copy the OEM values to the new PCM?
