Mustang gt 5.0 2022 & tdn

Trying to read Mustang GT 5.0 with RTD via TDN, And I am getting this error despite saying on the website that it supports it.

Does anyone have a similar issue? I just spent 4 credits on this.

Has it previously been tuned? If so the file could be encrypted, unable to be read. You would have to have a ford dealer flash back to stock, then you can read it.
