Hello, #1 post request download timed out failed

Hello and greetings from ND,

I had the above problem on my 2002 GMC 1/2 ton pickup. So I made a repair ticket, but then remembered the radio fuse had to be pulled to write to the PCM.

So I thanked HPTuners for quickly, next day returning with a email and solutions. In my response to them asking me how to grade my satisfaction I wrote as follows....

"Hello, Well, apart from my satisfaction... 1st time using HPTuners to write a new tune into my truck. I had forgotten to pull the radio fuse! Which was the problem. I searched the forum and saw a few posts with the same error code. Which reminded me of the radio fuse. So, I found the "fix" myself. It would be good if you had a repository of "What to do" for writing to specific vehicles. Maybe on the forum where tuners can add their tips??

The new tune was from my tuner that touched up the old tune, I recently used HPTuners and sent him the scan. So using HPTuners has been fun and looking forward to learning more how to use it.

So what do you think about a "repository" of tips for writing?
