First trip into tuning Ford stuff and I'm learning..... That said, looking at this log you can see during the 3-4 shift, the timing source switches to "Base/MBT" from "Borderline" which spikes the timing, and then knock correction happens. This makes for 1) a harsh 3-4 shift and 2) it's pulling alot of timing for the duration of the next gear despite transferring back to the "borderline" table after the gear change is complete. What's odd, is it only does it for the 3-4 shift, not the 1-2 or 2-3 and as a result, they are much smoother shifts. What is causing it to do this and what's the easiest way to remedy it?
