4l60e to 4l80e segment swap issues?

I have a 6.0 Ls with a 4l60e that is standalone and swapped into a jeep (I only added this just incase that matters for the segment swap) I swapped a 4l80e into it. I re-pinned the plug at the trans and at the ECU to support the 4l80e. Also my 4l80e came with only 1 speed sensor in the front for the input shaft speed. The output speed sensor just had a plug in it. I'm using the output speed sensor on my np241c transfer case. (I'm assuming that is fine but not sure) I found a 01 4l80e stock tune in the tune repository that had a matching OS as mine (12208322) I did the segment swap, saved the new file, opened it and everything had changed under the "Trans" tab like I expected. I then wrote it to my ECU and everything went fine but when you put it in drive or reverse you can feel it softly engage but when you hit the gas it will only nudge itself. If I put the selector all the way down into low it will fully engage and move the jeep. I am trying to figure out if I did something wrong with the segment swap or if I have a mechanical issue in the trans because this trans was purchased and rebuilt then installed, I've never seen it work. It is full of fluid and there are no codes when I scan it with the VCM scanner. Any insight would be nice because I'm not sure where to go from here. I'm attaching my 4l60e tune and the one I found to segment swap with and my segment swapped tune to provide you with everything I know.

The OD roller is not locking up, it has nothing to do with the tune or anything, just an internal transmission problem. You can prove this by trying it unplugged which should be only 2nd gear forward and reverse.

Thanks. It still doesn't work. I guess it's going back to the shop
