MAF tunign filter gen4 E38 PCM

i went thru couple of threads but my English is to poor to fully understand it and cannot figure it out by my self.

I'm trying to tune MAF open loop with WB using AFR Error math parameter. 2011 GMC 6.2 Vortec E38 PCM.
When logging at steady state or accel it logs fine, i use this filter: ([50090.156] > 25), but when i let off throttle pedal TB does not go immediately to "idle state" which is around 21 and by this reason scanner still logs all cells in MAF table while TB closes and srews them, How should i filter that?

found a way to make it easier, filtering by APP does the job
