2012 2L focus with an aftermarket turbo tuning help

Hey guys i have a 2012 focus sedan with a turbo from an escape bolted on! It has an intercooler and a bov. Its in a blow through configuration. Everything else is pretty well stock. Ive been trying to nail down the tune along with the help of a friend for over a month now and cant seem to get it 100%.. Can anyone check out my stock file and point me in the right direction?

I'm having a similar tunning issue.
I installed an aftermarket turbo on my 2.3 Ecoboost Mustang.
I've had to shorten the wastegate actuator rod to get the motor to run without over boosting.
Are you getting any DTCs?

That should be a MAF and not SD, would be easier to tune though.
