shifts are neck jarring after engine tune

so after engine side of tuning was done the shifts are very annoying, also the downshifts are lazy, i was happy with transmission feel with the stock sport mode on my scat, just wanted quicker down shifts . but its extremely harsh now, what should i do with my tq management side to reduce this or just put all those settings back to stock for that? its all kinda confusing any help would be great i want the stock feel of the sport mode for normal driving but tighten it up and make downshifts more responsive for cruising,very very good3-4plussssss.hpt

Do you have a log to share as well?

By the tune, I would suggest:
- Engine side:
--Enable Auto Trans TqMgt (at least spark / no need for ECT)

- Trans side:
-- Focus on Downshift shift pressure and shift timing
