    ok guys. I was able with some help to make car running. I am still in front of first drive as need to finish WB installation. Can you please have a look on this short log? I am curious whether 02 voltages are correct.log 27MAR24.hpl

    they are plugged so they might be dead or I have to check signal wires continuity to ECM then.

    A bypass test will be much more useful than continuity, these are not conventional 12VDC circuits.

    Unplug O2, key on, monitor voltage in the scanner. Apply voltage to the harness-side signal wire to drive it high (~900mV or more), then apply ground to drive it low (20mV or less).

    Best practice is to use a old timey incandescent test light as the jumper for +/-, but the circuits in the PCM are well protected and current limited, I have never burned one up using a straight jumper wire to full B+. PCM's voltage readings are limited to like 1100-1200mV.

    To help fix the split BLMs, the IAC needs to have a substantial step count at normal hot idle. I shoot for 80-100 steps. I start every tune by working the MAF transfer with the dynamic airflow disable set to 400 rpm max. Then I actually use the MAF data to help rough in a VE table by reverse calculating the VE
    Works very well.
