Fan control on p59 ecu

I have totally removed all components of the A/C on my C5. I want the fans to be controlled by only the ECT. When I turn the ignition on, the fans start running right away.
I cant seem to figure out how to disable everything except the ECT part of fan operation.
Can anyone advise on how to set it up so the fans only operate by the ECT?

Sure I'll take a swing.
1. you didn't post your tune. That is a MUST.
2. You didn't post a log so we can see if you have a current code that commands a fan on condition. That would be easy to fix with the DTC correction.
3. No real "set up" just some easy setting based on the tune you didn't provide.

And you posted in a section that doesn’t get as much traffic as some. You would be better off to post in the appropriate GM generation section.
