    Throttle issue

Ok so i am having an issue where when the pedal is pressed halfway down in its travel the pcm is sending a WOT command to the throttle body. This is causing the throttle to be very sensitive and with he pedal having been cut this just multiplies the effect. Once I get the chance I?ll post the HPt file so y?all can take a look. My equipment is the fixed pedal for the 2003 Tahoe with the tac module #12573059 and i dont currently have the part # for the throttle body. The pcm is the stock pcm from the donor vehicle. This has a non electric manual trans as this is in a 1989 wrangler. Any help either by marking what changes are needed or just explaining what to change is appreciated.
    Here’s the HPT file https://forum.hptuners.com/attachmen...9&d=1709160087

So should o just try copying and pasting the stock setup into my tune and try it. Of course I?d only swap the throttle stuff and nothing else.

Id put any changed throttle settings to stock but that doesn't sound like the problem.

Some of these log funny when watching blade position vs throttle. One or the other will read up to 200%. That isn't what your seeing is it?

Also.. on swaps pedal height matters a lot. GMPP has a guide for this. If the gas pedal is higher than the brake it makes it very hard to drive. It will feel way to sensitive.

Well I’m not 100% sure all I know so far is that at half the pedal travel the pcm is reading WOT. The computer I use to tune is one I borrow from a friend so I don’t have it at the moment to do a log. Once I get it I’ll do a log with the APP percentage and the TPS percentage to get a better idea of what’s happening. Some people have stated that switching to an 06 Silverado 6.0 OS will fix it but I’m not sure how to completely swap the OS on these pcms.
