First Time Tuner - Stock '20 Explorer ST

Hi all, I'm new to tuning but have some experience modifying and reading/writing tunes. I'm interested in learning to tune and have completed a number of HPA's courses and am ready to cautiously give it a shot on my completely stock '20 Explorer ST. I've followed along with their worked example using HPTuners on a Raptor with the 3.5L EcoBoost and am using that as a guide. So far most of it has been pretty easy to carry over but there's a few tables / values I'm having a hard time finding.

Is there an Explorer ST equivalent of the following items on the Raptor?
? Torque Management > General > Scheduled Torque Max
? Airflow > General > MAF Calibration > Airflow vs Voltage / Airflow vs Period
? Airflow > General > MAF Calibration > Cylinder WOT Multiplier
? Airflow > General > MAF Calibration > Cylinder Mass Multiplier

I don't see any tables in the speed density section, only volume measurements for the intake manifold & intercooler. How is speed density calibrated on an Explorer ST?

BASE tune attached for review and advice for a beginner. The vehicle is stock so not much changed; this would be used as a starting point on a dyno before tuning MAF / spark / torque tables. Thanks!
