Stuck injector caused Hydrolock??? Need some tuning vets to look at this log!!!

So long story short I spent a couple of days smoothing out the idle and shifting on this setup. This was a final drive around the block and the car ran fantastic the entire time. If you zoom to time stamp 2:54 at the end of the log you'll see the Bank 2 O2 sensor go flat all of a sudden... this is happening as I'm coming up the street about to turn into my driveway. As I pull in and stop as the log progresses you can see the car return to idle and the Bank 2 fuel trims start to go crazy.... as well as the Pulsewidth average on Bank 2. I noticed some light puffs of blue smoke from the Bank 2 tailpipe when I got out to listen to it... The engine seemed to be running perfectly not making any noises whatsoever. So I cut the car off, waited about 30 seconds and attempted to restart it and NOTHING. The starter will not turn... Based on the O2 and injector data in this log what on Earth do you guys think could have happened?

Setup is a 6.0 LS, BTR stage 2 cam, Holley intake/throttle body, GM 25317628 injectors

Starter trying to turn? Gas on the oil?

What headers and what O2 sensors? Bank 2 sensor looks like it just gets lazy or cools off. The trims are trying to move it. Bank 1 looks like there's an engine problem. Cylinder miss, multiple misfire, etc.

    What Holley intake?

Starter tries but won't turn. Oil smells like gas. My friends have taken the car to their shop at the moment so I'm awaiting further info.

The intake is the Holley Sniper sheet metal (loud AF) and the matching throttle body.

I'm not sure on the headers and O2s

That cam and intake combo is terrible. Those intakes are terrible in general.

Definitely need to pull all the plugs and crank it over by hand. Breaker bar on the balancer bolt.

I agree. This setup was put together elsewhere completely and I was just consulted to help with the idle/shifting/starting behavior. Hoping to hear more from the guys soon. But hey man, thanks for your help and advice. I'm newish to this and in all my research you are by far one of the most respected in this community. Anything I can learn from you is greatly appreciated!

For anyone that followed this 3 bad injectors is exactly what caused this issue.. and it DID hydrolock. The mechanics also found leaking valve cover gaskets as well. After draining the oil and replacing the parts the engine turned over and started again.

I've not had a injector go bad in that way.

Back in the chip car days I was working on a emulator. It wasn't going well. Heard a bunch of clicking underhood. Went to start the car and broke the nose off the starter from it being hydrolocked.
