cobalt 2.4 question

I am running a 07 cobalt 2.4 on paved oval. I am not allowed bolt on's as well as my VVT is to be disconnected. I have no tune in the car but need to tune it to compensate for the VVT disconnected. any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Delete all codes associated with the VVT and see what happens.

Also need to figure out where the cams rest when they are in failure mode.

Simple. Set camshafts to 'None' and it'll take care of the rest.
