    Can Someone Help Me with Credits

    Hi,
    I mistakenly purchased an RTD instead of a MPVI3 based on incomplete information on the vendor's website. The issue now is that I put 2 credits on the RTD and I need to buy a MPVI3 and transfer the credits to that unit. I have not activated the credits yet.

    My serial # is 2186348626

    M/N 3.01

    Is there any way to transfer the credits from this unit to a unit I am an MPVI3 that I am going to buy?
