Good afternoon. I am getting a failed message prompt when trying to write a tune to my Jeep. 99 Jeep xj 4.0. I was able to read the base tune send it to my tuner. He sent me a tune to write to the Jeep and I?m getting a failed prompt saying eraser aborted. I have maid a ticket #412793. Looking for some insight. Thank you
it looks like your ticket was already replied to and we are waiting for you to send us some information so that we can look into the issue further.
