Problem with tcm swap

Hi.( I posted in wrong forum also oops &#128556
So I?m trying to tune a 10spd duramax.
I have a unlocked tcm already..

I followed the steps to swap tcm today
I think I did it right at this point.but must have messed up something?.so I go ahead and read just tcm. That?s goes fine and read infolog and notice
A bunch of tcm DTCs, and see the engine light is on with reduced power?..

Tried clearing the codes, left batteries unplugged.. not luck

Not sure where to go from here, tuner can help me till Tuesday?. Do I reinstall my stock tcm?
Please help
