    Support ticket time line

    I have an active support ticket and last response was we will get back to you per severity.

    What is the general time frame on fixes, 1 week, a month? Just would like to know an idea as to the general wait time.

    Its currently in engineering work in queue, we do not offer eta's for table requests, sorry.
