Will a factory 02 Express tune on a 411 run a Vortec 5.7 with a small cam? Essentially the LT4 hot cam. I know it?ll need adjustments but I just need to it run good enough to drive to the tuner.

Adjust the set screw on the throttle blade to hold it open a little more. Should help a little.
