    TPS value in scanner sweeping between 0 and actual tps several times per second

    Hello,
    I have a vehicle here that is acting up. Tps signal oscillates rapidly from 0% to actual% then back to 0% several times per second when LIVE. Reviewing a log the values are cut in half. Attached is the two logs and a screenshot and the tuneup
