Trying to log Aem AFR error but number wont change. Please help

I have the AEM 30-300 x series. Gauge and sensor work great. but after installing the aem PID and transforming it to the correct analog wire. (using prolink) blue wire and brown wire to ground with the sensor ground. The afr number on the PID stays at 18.6 and doesnt move and the gauge fluctuates around 12.5, rich i know..
