98 Black Box Tuning and Credit Requirements

Wondering if the credit requirement for the 98 Black Box is 2 credits like all of the other Gen 3 PCMs.
I remember seeing a chart somewhere years ago, but I can't find it and I'm over searching.

Needing to disable VATS primarily, but is there anything else worth changing while I'm in there?

Yes 2 credits.
Yes, lots of stuff is worth changing. Timing, fuel, PE is a big one, and other "Stuff".
