    427 lt1 need some insight

    Got my new 427 engine in the car heres the stats

    427 darton sleeved diamond pistons, callies rods, calliea crank, arp mains and head hardware, king coated bearings, 12 to 1 CR
    Cam motion custom cam 230/242 630/620 116+4
    Johnson 2110 R lifters
    Btr push rods
    Prc ltx heads mild port job by mike lane
    MSD intake manifold
    103mm tb
    1 7/8 headers with high flow cats custom mandrel bent 3 in duals with xpipe to stock npp muffler
    Rotofab cai

    Runs pretty good but the guy that tunes it didnt match the trans to the ecu, looks like the VE tables are untouched, timing looks and feels low on the low rev ranges. Anyone familiar with tuning a stroker that wants to earn some extra? Heres a log and tune. I added a few degrees of timing on this tune and this is the log after and i feel it has more in it. Also the tb feels lil unresponsive like i have to push the pedal down a good bit before it responds. 2022 camaro SS-1LE 427 modified timing table-2 with trans tuning.hpt log 427 1.hpl

    dont know why the log didnt upload but heres the log using the tune above Only change I made to the tune was give it a few more degrees of timing in the lower rpms. It did feel much better

    You could honestly use the DD tool to take care of a lot of your throttle problems. It looks like you're giving it more pedal than you actually getting nearly all of the time. That'll completely change how your transmission is performing too.
