    DD as I understand it on the 4th gens is etc scaler, pedal to throttle relation and then the baro as defining throttle air flow with sonic airflow kind of all chewed up into it. If that's true would this not still play into the idle torque equation via the throttle flow model just like it does on the newer platforms as all of that essentially defines the throttle position in relation to how much air is flowing at that given position?

    Yes I agree 1000%. There is a TON to gain with torque model edits on the 4th gens. Makes idle smoother, more controlled and can fix weird stumbles or delays coming out of the hole.
