How to log fuel psi on 2000 LS1 C5 vette

I have successfully logged fuel pressure using the EGR pin/input, if that's what you're asking. Worked great.

I have also, that's not what I'm asking. I'm wondering if I can connect the fuel psi transducer to a serial to usb adapter and plug it into my lap top and the HPT will pick it up as a 0 to 5 volt input?
