    Question C5 corvette LS3 swapped

Recently installed a LS3 into my C5 corvette. This is the first vehicle I have tuned and I am having a difficult time getting it to idle to really begin tuning. I have adjusted the ETC scalar for the throttle body, flow rate for the injectors and cylinder volume for the different engine. I have been able to get it to start and have logged what information I could during that time. I am using a lingenfelter 58x-24x module(trg-002). I tried to go through and set as much as I could to match a camaro with as LS3 hoping to get a starting point.

    Mods:
    LS3
    38 lb injectors
    LS2 throttle body
    LS3 intake
    Camshaft (243/253 620/629 113 LSA)
    Holley fuel rails

I think that is all that would require adjustments. This is my most recent tune and data log that goes with it. The tune labeled LS2 scalar only has some DTCs turned off, injector flow and ETC scalar changes.

    HELP!!

Injector data is more than flow rate. I think it has at least 4 different parts that need changing. And flow rate is only one of them.

Any idea what those settings would be?

You should be able to get the info you need from this thread, including Gen 4 data converted to Gen 3.

Fantastic. I had overlooked some of the information that was available in a file I found there for my injectors. Thank you for the help!

After you get the injector data corrected I recommend you apply the 1 bar SD COS and run it in speed density. It's going to run MUCH better in SD with that cam. And of course you'll need to dial in the VE. It's not even close to correct.

That's going to be a tough one for a new tuner.

Read about speed density tuning and you should have a wideband for that cam. The stock o2's are not going to behave like they need to with that much overlap.
