Friends truck is a 2003 Silverado 1500HD with the 6.0L
He is looking to have parts installed and tune the truck once the mods are done.
Parts to install: Cam, TBSS intake, and Throttle body.
He is in the D.C Metro area and willing to travel within a couple of hours.

It was late at night after a long day so I could have been a little more clear. But I am looking for shops that would be willing to install the parts listed and tune his truck after those parts are installed. Hope that clears things up.
He would prefer something within 1-2 hours of Washington DC.
