    2005 Avalanche with a P0174

Got a new cam, lifters, headers, tune, etc, installed and now I keep getting a P0174 code. I've checked intake leaks, exhaust leaks, changed out the injectors, swapped O2s, and swapped coil packs with new wiring. One test drive it ran correctly and then the next drive it was right back to it. What am I missing? Also, the 2nd bank upstream O2 hardly moves off the .004 value. I attached a short log.

Swapped sensors as in side to side or new sensors?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

New sensors and swapped sides... same readings.

I'd say it's a wiring issue at that point.

It's got to be a wiring issue. Possible bad ECM but that chance is very low.

Remove that O2 signal wire from the PCM connector. If then reads .450 then signal wire shorted to ground. If still reads .004 then bad PCM.

UPDATE... It ended up being a loose signal wire at the PCM connector. She's running good now! Thanks everyone!

Uhm... how does an open circuit pull the bias voltage to ground?
