Not going to get too carried away with idle until VE is good.

I'd like to try something. There's another set of Deka 60 data that's been updated. By updated that means a different person doing flowbench data. Both sets are from FIC. Currently, there's inconsistency at low injector PW. Look at what STFT is doing at the cursor vs the tabulated STFT value.

    Attachment 141709

Also, adjusted O2 for airflow modes to increase drive.
I loaded it and idle the car but did't drove it. It was way too lean. It was idling at 20 afr. Did not felt comfortable going any further with it.test 8 too lean.hpl

That's actually what I was hoping for. I've increased VE from the info you provided. It may still be lean, but let it idle up to temp. STFT's didn't come online last log.

Still pretty lean. I let it run for longer but didn't drive it. During open loop afr was reading 20. After warming up and going into CL it was reading 17 or so afr. It was fairly dificult to keep it running during cold start. test 9 still lean.hpl

Ok good. STFT's gave me something to go off of. Let's see how this does.

Better. Still felt off. It's getting closer to the behavior it had before the re-scaling of the injectors. I allowed plenty of idle time and drove it around the block.test 10.hpl

For this one I already had the car warmed uo, so there is no cold start. It felt witha bit of improvement from the last tune but it stalled after coming to a rollong stop...ideled too low.test 11.hpl

Rich in a few areas. Run up the RPM's next run so that more cells populate. Try to stay out of boost.

I drove t around with the supplied tune It still struggled to start and stay running on cold start but ran well once warmed up on CL. I have provided three separate logs since i was running some errands and figured i could use each drive to be each independent log. Please see attached.test 12a.hpltest 12b.hpltest 12c.hpl

Now that VE is roughed in with STFT, I've enabled LTFT. Do a few runs and allow LTFT to populate. Varied driving go about your day.

Stay out of boost. How's it coming with wideband feedback?

Thankfully it was nice and warm. I made 3 drives. I noticed that it now logs LTFT. It runs well but during cold start and driving it before it goes on closed loop it's finiky. On some instances it wanted to stall but that's it. Please see attached. test 13a.hpltest 13b.hpltest 13c.hpl

Use VCM Scanner>Vehicle Controls & Special Functions to clear LTFT. Do this for each tune update.

It'd be nice to tune the boost regions.

Ok worked on idle a little. Anything you can tell me specifically?

Clear LTFT after a tune update not between logs.

That was really nice! Idle is a lot more stable and cruises super smooth. Idle dips just a bit when coasting with the AC on. Aditionally, feels a bit hesitant when taking off from a stop on first gear...otherwhise it feels really good. I still need to get the wideband to log to do some boost zone tuning. Here is the log file, and yes, i resetted the LTFT after the write.test15.hpl

Awesome glad you liked it. Looking forward to the boost portion, but need the wideband like you said.
