i5 Channels to log big stumble

I've been chasing a huge dead spot early in the morning at first start.

Vehicle starts, idles, I put into reverse, back out of drive way, put into drive, and accelerate.
Vehicle drives about 50 to 100 feet and then false on it's face like a 'carb' vehicle with no accelerator pump.

It sputters, i lift off accelartor, 'feather' the accelarator a few times, it clears up and it won't happen until the next morning.

I'd like to get this issue found, so i can fix the issue.

This has been going on for several years, it's not a big issue, but, would liek to find the cuase.

If anyone has any good channels to log to try to find this, please, post them up.
