back story: I had my 07 c6 z06 tuned by a reputable tuner in san diego CA with a chinese 102 tb. The issue with it was that it made the car jump from time to time, so my tuner tried to do some adjustments in it to make it work a bit better. Fast forward a year later I just recently installed a nw102 ported tb and trashed the chinese tb. I am still learning about tunning and started messing with the spark and idle by the engine button on VCM editor. I also did some logs after.
What i've done so far on changing the tune that my tuner did was the Idle adaptive spark control > underspeed > overspeed
set idle maximum set point > 975
idle > proportional > 50 rpm
idle > integral > enable rpm error > 10 rpm
now the problem is if i change my spark at idle how would i go to change it so that i dont buck so much from idle to gear but still maintaining the chop. Any help to make this newbie understand a bit more about tunning is very very appreciated.

Edit: I also forgot to mention on my spark > advance > idle spark advance> base chart. @1000rpm i have a value of 14 from .08 to .48. Ii would like to know why is this value such a huge spike and could this also be the reason of my tuner trying to play with the chinese tb?
