Whipple S2 - VCT Disabled +Injector Cut at Low RPM w/load. Restart PCM fixes no DTC

Hi,
2021 Mach 1 Stage 2 Whipple. Runs perfect in every scenario except for low rpm, mild throttle.

For example, cruising on highway in 9th, apply light accelerator 20% to overtake a car, transmission drops back 1 or 2 gears, RPM around 2800 - 3000, then I get AFR at 18 - 20. Pull the car over. restart the PCM (open / close door turn engine off and on), and it starts perfectly. Sometimes I have to wait a minute or two and then reset PCM again and it's fine. NO DTC. Logs show injector cut and VCT disabled simultaneously. Logs attached. Anyone have this scenario or know where I can start looking for a mechanical issue or what other channels to log?
