Does anyone have the formula to input in the scanner for an '07 C6 A6 so that I can read Calculated Cylinder Air? The current one shows "unsupported parameter".
Thanks!
James

hptuners has already supplied it as a custom PID in the scanner...as calculated cylinder air.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Either I didn't communicate it properly, or possibly you overlooked what I stated. The current one shows "unsupported parameter" in the custom PID. I have the latest revision of software, FYI. Possibly I need to uninstall and reinstall?
Thanks in advance for any additional help!
Sincerely,
James

James the calculated cylinder air pid is located under the insert pid's window where it says User Defined-calculated cylinder air.
If you have problems finding it here's a screenshot of it.

Thanks, but it's not a problem of not finding it. It's there. When you use it the scanner says "unsupported parameter", as I was attempting to explain above (sorry if I confused you).
Thanks,
James
as you can see by the screenshot its just a calculation of SENS.70=engine speed(rpm) & SENS.40.MET=MAF...so as long as your logging both of those it should work...check out my post asking for help a couple of posts down...it includes some E38 configs that should work great for what you need.

Yeah, sorry man, I can overlook things in my old age (32, lol). I just noticed I wasn't logging "Mass Air Flow (SAE)", which is required to make it work. I was instead attemping to log "Mass Air Flow" (Hz), naturally. DOH!
Thanks again!

not a problem man...I didnt even realize the E38/E67 pcm's had this issue until I started that thread(not big into the LS2 tuning world)...older 97+ v6 pcm's had this issue too so the fix was easy at least for me
