Is this 6L80 toast?!

Long time no post Life got busy so I had to get another truck. 5.3 quad cab with a 4l80 I believe. Great truck with only 80K . I dont mind the chassis humming or whatever causes the low frequency vibrations Transmission is a bit noisy though. (EDIT: on second thought it may be just fine.)

While accelerating it seems it finds the gears quit awkwardly. I don't want to jump to any conclusions so I have posted a log recording slip and want a second opinion. I have rebuilt a few 4L60/70's and am also wondering what to expect if/when I pull this 6L80 apart. I should have asked "Is this torque converter on this 6l80 toast."...

Not sure what you mean by "it finds the gears quit awkwardly" but from what I see in your log the transmission is doing what it is asked to do by the computer, I can't see any transmission problem at all. There seem to be some engine issue, probably just needs to be fine tunes) and there is this strange thing where once you are at cruising speed and you let off the accelerator the computer keep the throttle at 32.2 % but maybe you were using cruise control or something like that.
